In-Home Personal Fitness Training







Whatever your current fitness level and health goals, our personal
fitness trainers can make exercise work for you.
 Instead of "cookie-cutter"
weight training programs, we strive to create unique training sessions that attend
to your particular needs and goals. Training programs can be designed to
emphasize any of the following:

  •  General improvements in overall physical fitness and energy level
  •  Decrease in body Fat, increase in muscle strength and definition
  •  Sport-specific training (i.e. improve a tennis game or train for an race)
  •  Cardiovascular conditioning
  •  Improve speed, power and/or agility
  •  Improve flexibility and/or balance


The primary provider of personal training services is owner of Six Dimensions, Rebecca Johnson,
who is certified through the reputable
American College of Sports Medicine, and has over a decade of
experience working with men and women of all ages
. If Rebecca's training style or availability does not
match with yours, she will connect you with other reputable trainers in the area who may be a better match.

Training sessions can be purchased one at a time, or discounted rates are available for packages of 6 or 12. First
training session is
always free so you can decide whether or not in-home training is right for you. Contact us for
